Purpose
IT manages the university printing service and network connected printers. If you are experiencing issues adding a printer to your office computer we can help you get it installed. If you are having trouble printing a document we can help make sure the print queue is not stuck.
Details
This service applies to any university managed printer on campuse. For troubleshooting a printer that is connected directly to your computer via USB cable please indicate the model of printer you're using. Most university printers are Canon copier systems managed by Datamax. LETU IT is not repsonsible for regularly scheduled maintenance or procurement of ink cartidges for Datamax leased systems. If you're needing to purhcase cartidges for smaller desktop printers such as HP or Brother please put in a purchase request and we can help you.
