Purpose
Staff can use this service to report issues accessing or utilizing StarRez, the web application where students can apply for housing and the Student Life Office can manage the housing requests.
Details
Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):
- Student(s) unable to log into StarRez
- Student(s) unable to complete information in StarRez
All issues are to be reported to Christian Jaynes at ChristianJaynes@letu.edu.
