USE: Report an Issue or Request Help

Purpose

This service request is for most types of user requests for emergent problems or issues pertaining to technology in offices, classrooms, or labs and can also include help with business process software and issues with generic account access.

Please feel free to also use this service to ask us a question if you're needing guidance on any of the previously mentioned issues.

Response Expectations

These types of requests are directed to our technicians on hand and should be able to respond to your request in roughly 10 minutes.  This time may vary depending on personnel and call volume at the time you submit your request.
