Purpose
This service request is for those who need assistance accessing their account for the first time or are experiencing other log on issues. It can also be used to request assistance with issues related to multi-factor authentication (MFA) or its setup. Specifically, if you have had it set up before and have recently purchased a new phone you can request help with that here.
In any of these cases, please feel free to call us if you prefer as for any of these we'll eventually need to be on the phone with you.
Note: We will require your LETU username as well as your ID number. If you don't know these, depending on your association with the university you'll need to contact a specific department. Those are as follows:

We recognize this type of request can feel urgent and expect to address them as soon as we see them. Our technicians are monitoring these requests and someone should call you back within 10 minutes at the latest.
