Steps to prepare for email upgrade on iPhone:

  1. Click the Settings icon

  2. Select Mail
  3. Select Accounts

  4. Select Exchange

  5. Select Account

     
  6. Click in the field to the right of “Email” and ensure this lists your full email address (i.e. JaneDoe@letu.edu and not just JaneDoe)
    => then click in the field to the right of “Username” and ensure this lists your full email address  (i.e. JaneDoe@letu.edu and not just JaneDoe)
    => then click “Done” and press your home key.
    => Your phone should now be able to access the upgraded mail service.
