Email addresses are available for organizations which meet the following criteria:

• Recognized as an official organization by LETU Student Government
  • Recognized organizations are listed at http://www.letu.edu/opencms/opencms/_Student-Life/student-organizations/alphadirectory.html
  • Guidelines for creating a club are at http://www.letu.edu/opencms/opencms/_Student-Life/student-organizations/recognition_process.html
  • Clubs must have final approval and recognition from Student Government and Student Affairs and be listed on the page above before receiving an email address.
• Remain approved and have an active Faculty or Staff Advisor during any semesters the email address is active

If the above qualifications are met, the Faculty or Staff advisor may request an email address via https://servicedesk.letu.edu
