Transition email forwarding for Graduating Students

Email accounts are active up to 30 days after the completion of your degree program at LETU or if you are not taking classes or registered for classes in the next term. Registration processes can make that time vary slightly - but in general we encourage students to plan for forwarding their accounts to a permanent personal address as they approach graduation or if they plan to take a break from taking classes at LETU.

If you are a graduating student who is finished with classes, we provide email forwarding for up to three months post-graduation upon request. If you will be graduating soon (within a few weeks), have finished with classes or are in the process of finishing your last class and would like to have your mail forwarded, just make a Graduating Senior Email Forwarding Request with the following information:

  • Identify yourself as a graduating student or if you are taking a break from classes let us know the date you anticipate taking a break.
  • The personal email address to which we should forward your email
  • Your student ID number
  • A phone number where you can be contacted if we have any questions

NOTES:

  • If you do not have a personal email account, free email accounts are readily available from providers such as GmailOutlook.com, and others.
  • We can forward all new @letu.edu email graduates get over to their new email address, but we cannot "move" existing emails from @letu.edu email account to another provider. You will want to forward any important information in your account to your new personal address manually before requesting forwarding.
