Purpose
Use this service to request a change in a LetNet username, first, middle, or last name, or other LetNet account attributes.
Details
This service is specific to LetNet account information. LetNet account information is visible in your Outlook address book or in Microsoft O365 applications like Teams or SharePoint.
LetNet account information is sourced from our campus information system, which means that most account information changes start with the Registrar's Office or Human Resources. Most requests from students, faculty, and staff should be directed to those areas. After a request is made to the Registrar's Office or Human Resources, representatives from these areas can use this service to request the change to the LetNet Account.
Changing your LetNet account username or your first, middle, or last name
If you are a STUDENT
Contact the Registrar's Office at (903) 233-4370 to request an official name change.
If you are a FACULTY/STAFF/LETU ASSOCIATE member
Fill out the HR Change of Name Form located in the HR Forms and Publications folder.
If you work in the REGISTRAR'S OFFICE or HUMAN RESOURCES
Please use this service to request an account information change.
Changing other LetNet account information
Other account information include phone number or other information.
If you are a STUDENT
Contact the Registrar's Office at (903) 233-4370 to request an information change.
If you are a FACULTY/STAFF/LETU ASSOCIATE member
Please contact HR with any updates. This includes your campus phone number.
If you work in the REGISTRAR'S OFFICE or HUMAN RESOURCES
After you have updated your systems, you should use this service to request IT to change the LetNet Account itself.
Service Level Agreement
After a request is made via this service, changes to an account will be completed within 24 hours. Based on varying batch update/sync processes, it may take longer for these changes to be visible in other systems.
