LetNet Account Password Reset

Purpose

Use this service to request a manual password reset for your LetNet account when:

  1. You are unable to remember your password
  2. There is a technical problem preventing you from resetting your password
  3. An existing self-service password reset process isn't working
  4. You do not have permissions to reset a password for generic/shared account

Details

In most cases, a manual password reset is a last-resort action. Passwords provided by IT are temporary, and we will work with you to make sure your password is changed immediately after we provide you with the temporary one.

For security reasons, we may request additional information from your in order to verify your identity.

If you are a STUDENT requesting a password reset for your LetNet account

Method 1: Browse to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ to have your password reset.

Method 2: If method 1 doesn't work, your password can be reset using the Forgot Password link at my.letu.edu. If something prevents you from doing this, use this service to request a password reset.

If you are a FACULTY/STAFF/LETU ASSOCIATE member requesting a password reset for your LetNet account
Use this service to request a manual password reset.

If you are requesting a password reset for some other type of account
Use this service to request a manual password reset.

Service Level Agreement

A manual password reset will be completed within 4 hours.
