Temporary plans are most commonly used during international travel. We will need to know the following:
- Which devices need their service plan changed
- The dates for the temporary plan
- The international location you'll be visiting (if travelling)
Cancel service plan
Follow these steps:
- Let us know which devices need their service canceled
- Return your device to IT.
