Purpose

Use this service to request an extension and/or desk phone configuration change that cannot be completed via the Unified Communications Self Care Portal.

Details

If you are the person assigned to an desk phone, you can control certain features like speed dials, ring settings, and forwarding options by accessing the Unified Communications Self Care Portal.

Some examples of attributes that can be changed via this service include:

  1. Extensions
  2. Line labels

Service Level Agreement

Phone configuration changes will be completed within 72 hours.
