Request Analysis of Inbound/Outbound Email Traffic

Purpose

Use this service to request analysis of incoming or outgoing email. If you want to understand more about where your email went and why it might not have arrived, you're at the right place.

Details

Email Tracking - Incoming Email

LETU's email service delivers all incoming email to either the Inbox or the Junk E-mail folder.

  1. Verify with the sender that the e-mail was sent to your correct e-mail address
  2. Check your Inbox
  3. Check your Junk Email folder
  4. Check your Deleted Items folder
  5. Check your rules to make sure that you mailbox isn't set to filter mail into another folder

If you are unable to locate the e-mail after following these steps, please request email analysis from us.

 

Email Tracking - Outgoing Email

LETU's email service attempts to deliver all mail to its destination. If it is not able to do this, you will receive an error message.

  1. Have the recipient perform all the Incoming Email steps above
  2. Verify that the e-mail you sent is in your Sent Items. If the email is in your Sent Items, then the date on the email is the date it was sent.

If you are unable to locate the e-mail after following these steps, please request email analysis from us.
